All content, branding, logos, trademarks, and code designs on this site are the intellectual property of Technorizen Software Solutions unless otherwise stated. Custom code and applications built for clients transfer ownership upon full milestone payment as specified in individual client Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.

3. Service Engagements

All software development, consulting, dedicated resource hiring, and maintenance services are governed by formal contracts, project scopes, and SLAs agreed upon in writing between the client and Technorizen.

4. Limitation of Liability

Technorizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or third-party integrated services beyond the limits established in the governing service agreement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore (M.P.), India.
